What Love means to a 4-8 year old.

What Love means to a 4-8 year old.
Slow down for three minutes to read this.
It is so Worth it. Touching words from the mouth of babes.
A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, "What does love mean?"
The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think:

    --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore.
So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love."

    And the final one --
Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.
When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,
"Nothing, I just helped him cry"

Are you guys paying attention? Because we're not supposed to miss the last five minutes of this episode, according to the promo. I just want to make sure you guys are with me to the end. Here we go...

We open where we left off...Michael is staring intently at Scylla as Pad Man makes his way down to the room with some goons. Meanwhile, Gretchen and T-Bag are in his office at GATE, waiting for Michael and the others to come up. They plan on greeting them with guns.

Oh look, it's an ambush. Mahone, Sucre and Linc manage to disarm the goons when they enter the Scylla room. Pad Man makes some sort of comment about how "the best minds in the world built [this] security system and you almost beat it" to Michael. Clearly Pad Man has failed to realize that Michael may have the best brain in the world. So brilliant, in fact, that even something as silly as a tumor can't stop his genius strategizing because he managed to get Pad Man AND his Scylla card to the Scylla room.

Michael reveals all six cards to Pad Man and Sucre's all "suck it, bitch!" Well, maybe he said "suck it, General", but you just know he was thinking "bitch". And that's reason # 176,494 why I love Sucre.

Meanwhile, Trishanne and Self put on a little fight for the benefit of their captors, which allows Self to escape and kill some Asian goons. Trishanne also kills Feng. There goes Gretchen's $125 million. She's gonna be pissed.

Mr. White introduces himself to Gretchen, who claims to be an old colleague of T-Bag's. White spots the guns hidden under T-Bag's desk. Gretchen, ever the pleasant guest, realizes that White is onto them and goes charging into his office with a gun. T-Bag actually protests when Gretchen first goes after White and I silently laugh, because he then tells the hostages "no one's going to get hurt". I'm sorry, is this the same T-Bag we know and love from Seasons 1-3? The one who killed people without remorse?

Back in the Scylla room, Michael is hooking up all six cards to the Scylla decoder. Pad Man seems shocked that he has all six cards. Really? Really?! Michael manages to use the laptop and the cards to open the Scylla machine. Looks like the gang isn't suffering from lack of Roland. Anyways, the Scylla decoder opens up and Michael pulls out a sort of hard drive, which is apparently the real Scylla. Pad Man seems pissed, but he insists that the boys are far from safe and are going to have a hell of a time getting out of the building. The boys enter the elevator to make their escape and realize they have to take Pad Man with them (because apparently the elevator needs to be activated with his fingerprint).

Michael and the others lead Pad Man into his office, right past another one of Pad Man's goons, who promptly calls for more security. Once inside the office, Michael calls Sara and announces that they have all the cards. He continues to suffer side effects from the tumor.

Michael takes a seat at Pad Man's desk (snap!), observes Scylla for a few minutes and then begins to write something on a piece of paper. Sucre takes this opportunity to have a drink. Reason # 595,004 that I love Sucre. Meanwhile, the guards are mobilizing and securing the Company building.

Trishanne arrives back at GATE and sees that T-Bag and Gretchen have taken everyone hostage. Instead of calling for backup (since she admitted in the last episode that she's never really shot anyone) she stupidly enters the room and hides. Good Lord. Who taught this girl how to be an agent? She's going to get herself killed. One of the hostages sees Trishanne hiding behind a desk.

We see goons mobilizing around Pad Man's office while Pad Man mentions Aldo Burrows to the brothers. He tells them to retrieve a picture from his desk. Pad Man reveals that he knew Aldo since before Linc and Michael were born. He also reveals that Aldo wasn't a mere analyst as he told Lincoln back in Season 1. Pad Man also mentions the boys' mother and Linc gets super-pissed while Michael looks quizzical.

Self's boss, Herb, asks for an update on Scylla. He tells Self to go to Senator Dallow's office to meet with the Senator and the Attorney General and to hand over Scylla.

Michael checks his watch and has another attack. Pad Man reveals that he knows a great deal about Sucre and Mahone's families and offers them bribes, which they refuse. Michael reveals that he wants to take the Company down, but Pad Man insists that will never happen.

At the police charity lunch, a waiter spills a plate of food on Lisa Tabak. She retreats to the bathroom to clean up and Sara comes up behind her with a gun.

Pad Man tries to leave his office, but Linc stops him. Michael then gets a call and passes it onto Pad Man. Lisa tells him that Sara is holding her at gunpoint and...Pad Man is her father! Honestly, I didn't see that coming (I thought she was an ex-lover or something like Gretchen), but there are lots of people on various message boards who called this one correctly.

Did you guys hear that Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt eloped? The greatest media whores on the planet actually got married in secret. Although, I'm sure they will be peddling the photos to any magazine that will take them.

Pad Man seems very worried about Lisa. Michael shows him what he's been writing: a list of all the people that Pad Man killed (either directly or indirectly). It's a pretty long list. Linc asks Pad Man to show them how to move Scylla and Pad Man announces to his goons that he will be walking the boys out.

T-Bag's panicking over at GATE while Trishanne makes her way into White's office. She manages to free some hostages and asks them to escape quietly, but White is a selfish bastard and takes off. Gretchen notices him and fires about 25 bullets into his torso. A firefight ensues between Trishanne (moron) and Gretchen and T-Bag. The two of them manage to walk out of the office and Trishanne follows (idiot, call for backup!). Oh wait, she asks one of the hostages to call 911. The first smart thing she did that day.

Pad Man continues to escort the boys out of the building, while Lisa tries to make nice with Sara. She says that Linc and Michael are bad men and Sara just smirks at her. One of Lisa's guards knocks on the bathroom door but, at Sara's urging, Lisa sends him away. I love Sara in this scene, she's being so tough and kick ass that I can barely stand it.

T-Bag is pissed that Gretchen killed White, but she tells him he wasn't suited to work a 9 to 5 desk job. She's about to kill him when Trishanne arrives in the garage with a car. T-Bag runs, but Trishanne stops him and arrests him.

Pad Man wants confirmation that Lisa is being released, but Michael says she's staying with Sara until they're safely away. Meanwhile, Pad Man tells the boys that the Company is everywhere and Michael and the others will never see them coming. Michael is convinced that once Scylla is handed over to the authorities, the Company will lose its secrecy. As a last a*shole move, Pad Man tells the brothers that their father was really an executioner for the Company, who killed defectors. Linc looks super pissed. Now all we need is for their mother to be alive and a Company employee and Michael and Linc will come from a seriously dysfunctional family.

Back at the police lunch, Lisa's guards are convinced that something's fishy. They storm the washroom and find Lisa tied up and gagged in one of the stalls. She sends her guards after Sara.

The boys are in a van, driving back to HQ (presumably), checking to see if they're being followed. Pad Man reaches Lisa and orders her to go home. Pad Man tells his goon that they need to be unpredictable, because Michael is on to their way of operating.

Michael calls Self with the news and Self is totally psyched about this turn of events. They make a plan to meet at the rendezvous point.

Michael sends Sucre and Mahone off to someplace while the brothers enter the airport. The Company manages to ground ALL flights while they follow the brothers into the airport. Michael sends a text to Mahone saying "now". Mahone calls the police, telling them to head over to the Ontario airport (yeay, Ontario! I'm from Ontario!). The Company goons demand the bag from Michael, otherwise they're going to kill them.

Michael hands over the knapsack to the Company goon, who stupidly doesn't bother to make sure Scylla is inside. I'm sure Michael made a switcheroo somewhere and Scylla is safe with him. Military police, meanwhile, take the Company goon into a security room and open up the knapsack. Of course we see that Michael did remove Scylla from the bag (duh...obviously) and the goon is really pissed.

We see that Michael had given Scylla to Mahone and Sucre for safekeeping.

T-Bag is in the back of Trishanne's car. She admits that she knew his real identity from the start. T-Bag seems nostalgic for his salesman days.

Michael delivers Scylla to Self, who hands them transfer papers. He thanks them for their hard work and takes off to deliver Scylla. He even offers to have an ambulance take Michael to the hospital.

Pad Man tells his goons that he doesn't know what to do.

Michael and Linc are sitting on the docks back at HQ. Linc assures Michael that he'll get through the operation fine and Mahone and Sucre are celebrating with some beers. Isn't it nice that the boys can forgive Mahone for all the bad shit he did in earlier seasons and embrace him as one of them?

Self meets up with Trishanne and he asks about what happened to Gretchen. Self shows her Scylla and asks whether T-Bag and Gretchen talked about any other offers for Scylla. Self, you bastard....are you going to betray the team?

Linc tells Mahone that they're even while the team continues to wait for the ambulance. Of course, Self is unreachable, because he's busy betraying the team! Bastard!

Trishanne asks for a closer look at Scylla and Self shoots her in the chest. Ah-ha! I knew it! Bastard! T-Bag, meanwhile, looks very shocked by this turn of events.

Michael opens the envelope that Self handed them before he left. It doesn't contain any transfer papers...only blank pages. The team looks seriously disappointed. Obviously Michael's brain was too busy with the tumor to notice that Self was a double-crossing bastard!

Wait a minute....is the title of this episode "Selfless" an illusion to the fact that the team is now without Self?

    Mycket boxplay i andra

    Period 1:
    0-1 HV71 (07:45) Andreas Falk (Melin)
    0-2 HV71 (13:57) Martin Thörnberg (Puistola, Petrasek) PP1

    Period 2:
    Inga mål.

    Period 3:
    1-2 DIF (05:46) Niklas Anger
    1-3 HV71 (09:04) David Petrasek (Puistola) PP1
    1-4 HV71 (14:35) Andreas Falk (Hagos, Melin)
    1-5 HV71 (18:29) Jukka Voutilainen

    Skön HV-vändning i slutminuterna

I 51 sekunder.

24 sekunder in i förlängningen avgjorde Riku Hahl.

    Period 1:
    Inga mål

    Period 2:
0-1 FHC (08.19) Patric Blomdahl (Nordquist)

    Period 3:
0-2 FHC (01.07) Riku Hahl (Andersson, Mäntylä)
    1-2 HV71 (15.31) Kris Beech (Melin, Laine)
    2-2 HV71 (17.42) Teemu Laine (Melin, Luoma) PP2

    Episode Outline

And so here we are, a week closer to the winter finale of Prison Break (which is to take place on December 22nd). Am I the only one crying on the inside?

We open in the tunnels under GATE, where the boys are drilling and gearing up for a Mission Impossible / Ocean's 11 type break in. Mahone and Sucre are being very, very quiet (they're hunting rabbits...) and they manage to get a small camera into the Scylla room through a hole in the wall.

And then...and then...I have a bloody freaking aneurysm. Because Gretchen is dressed as a Catholic school girl, complete with a black bra under a half-buttoned white button down shirt. Oh my God. There are no words...

I can barely type this, on account of the fact that I have poured bleach into my eyes, but she's showing her "outfit" to T-Bag. And then...oh LORD! They’re taking pictures! T-Bag is photographing Gretchen, while she's posing provocatively on the bed. Make it stop!

Sara's made a doctor's appointment for Michael at 3:00, but he still wants another day to get into the Scylla room. Sara and Linc are trying their best to convince him to see the doctor, but Michael's just protesting and grabbing his head. Michael's not the only one with a sore head. I just finished banging my head against the wall after seeing Gretchen in that.....I can't even say it.

Anyways, Michael finally capitulates and agrees to see the doctor that day.

Sucre's reminiscing about drilling through a wall with an egg-beater back in season 1 and he's so sad that his boyfriend Michael isn’t there with him. He talks about coming to "the end" and you have to wonder whether the writers threw that in there because they think this will be the last season. Mahone tries to reassure Sucre that Michael will be fine as the two examine the footage from inside the Scylla room.

I swear to God, if I see Gretchen fooling around with Pad Man in that outfit I'm going to throw up.

Back at HQ Sara and Linc have a talk about Michael. Linc reveals that he only trusts Gretchen to get the sixth card, not with anything else.

Lisa Tabak is telling Pad Man about the plans to move Scylla, including the Secret Service escort and the F-18s that will fly it to River Rock. Pad Man's cell phone buzzes and he sees a photo message from Gretchen (a photo of her in the outfit!), along with a request that he meet her at 1:00 p.m. Pad Man blows off Lisa, who’s clearly jealous of Gretchen.

Sara lays out the operation (in excruciating detail) to Michael, who insists he wants to know all about how the doctors are going to DRILL INTO HIS HEAD. Self arrives with some boxes of tools and asks about Michael's health. He lies about his condition. Self says that he’s got someone watching Gretchen and T-Bag in case they get up to any funny business.

Mahone's showing the others the video footage of the Scylla room while Michael runs through all of the alarms and booby-traps. Basically, the thing is like Fort Knox. Michael continues to experience side effects of his tumor as he lays out a plan involving electromagnetic fields. I wonder if his superior brain functions will disappear when the tumor is removed. Fortunately, Mahone's the second-smartest guy in the room and he explains more about Michael's plan. Sara keeps looking worried instead of contributing anything useful to the plan.

And then Pad Man enters the room where Gretchen is lounging on the sofa in her outfit. The first thing out of her mouth is "What took you so long? You know how I get when I'm hungry." Forgive me, but my mind went to a very bad, very dark place when she said that sentence (if there are children reading this, don't try to figure out the double-entendre there). She starts rubbing up against him like a frigging dog in heat and she pulls off his jacket. Pad Man quickly assumes that Gretchen is after his card, but he says he didn't bring it. He pulls a gun on her, demanding to know who she planned on selling the card to. She starts whimpering that she's the mother of his child and begs for her life. He lowers the gun and then tells her to stay away, otherwise he'll kill her.

One job...Gretchen was given one job to do and she f**cked it up in less than 5 minutes.

T-Bag's flirting with Trishanne at GATE when White calls him into his office. White praises T-Bag for his speech the day before and offers to send T-Bag on a cruise. He declines, on account of the whole Scylla caper.

Sara is finally contributing by explaining the alarm system in the Scylla room. Mahone suggests they get some liquid nitrogen to regulate the temperature in the room. Mahone tells Michael a nice story about learning to let go of the job, but Michael just gets snarky.

Gretchen's covered up again while T-Bag chews her out for screwing up with Pad Man.

Feng is with some of his associates, as they load a s*it load of money into the back of a van. Like, serious, serious money. He gets a call from Gretchen, who tells him they need to talk.

Self tells Michael that Gretchen didn't get the sixth card and Michael is not happy about it. But, as it turns out, Gretchen sent some information to Michael that could be useful. It looks like a photograph and some paper, but we don’t see the details. Trishanne calls Self to announce that Feng has come to meet T-Bag and Gretchen.

Gretchen proposes that Feng help them recover Scylla.

Sara approaches Michael, telling him it's time to go. He reminds her of the quote in his father’s file: "all that avails is flight". Michael is feeling terribly guilty (I know, shocking!) that the team is risking their lives without him. And he alleviates that guilt by getting in the car with the others instead of going to the hospital as planned.

Sara's doping Michael up with some drug that prevents epileptics from having seizures while Sucre prays in the front seat.

Pad Man confirms that Lisa was right about Gretchen trying to get his card. He asks her to call a meeting with the cardholders.

The boys enter the tunnels under GATE as T-Bag calls Gretchen to give her an update. We see that Trishanne is listening in on their conversation. Gretchen tells him that someone else is interested in buying Scylla and she arranges a rendezvous with the three of them.

Sara is sitting on a bench, holding the envelope from Gretchen. We also see that she has a big gun in her purse.

As I see Michael, Lincoln, Sucre and Mahone under the tunnels I am struck by the number of characters that have died in this show. Only four people are still alive (or still on the show) from season 1. Four. Why do the writers want to kill everyone? Michael wishes the others good luck and tells them to be very, very quiet.

The boys are quietly setting up their equipment on the other side of the Scylla room. We see them drilling silently and setting up something to generate an electromagnetic field, which allows them to start chipping through the cement easily (don't ask me about the mechanics of this...just trust me). Mahone and Linc manage to push umbrellas (yes, umbrellas) through the wall and open them on the other side. I don't know why.

The boys have finally made a decent sized hole in the cement wall and can look into the Scylla room. Sucre starts feeding in a ladder through the hole and braces it with cables. Ok, so basically what they're doing is creating a make-shift bridge out of steel brackets (essentially a ladder lying horizontally) in order to reach Scylla without touching the ground. They're also pumping liquid nitrogen into the room to regulate the temperature. Sucre's the unlucky man who has the extend the bridge piece by piece while Michael watches the action from the footage that's hooked up to their laptop.

Sucre nearly drops a canister of liquid nitrogen and lunges for it. He manages to catch it before it hits the ground and Linc goes out onto the bridge to help him. The bridge starts to sway under their combined weight as Michael looks on worriedly.

Self and Trishanne arrive at the house where Gretchen and T-Bag are scheduled to meet. The house is semi-empty and they're ambushed by Feng and his gun-totting henchmen.

Meanwhile, T-Bag and Gretchen arrive at GATE with a big sack of guns. They're going to ask the boys to surrender Scylla, otherwise they get a shot in the head (literally, not in the figurative way my mother threatens to smack me upside the head when I misbehave).

Lisa announces the final confirmation of the travel plans and Pad Man announces it's time to move Scylla.

Some complete dumbass decided that it was a good idea to send Michael to retrieve Scylla. Of course, fives seconds after walking onto the bridge, his head nearly explodes from pain. He starts grunting loudly in pain, seeing double. Then, ever the martyr, he picks himself up and slowly approaches Scylla.

Wouldn't it be funny if Pad Man’s people opened up the door on the other wall to remove Scylla and saw Michael on the bridge trying to steal it? Awkward.

Oh, it seems that there's still a wall of glass that Michael has to get through. He freezes the glass with liquid nitrogen, intending to create a hole in the glass.

Lisa announces the locations of the other cardholders (who are now enroute to them) and Pad Man dismisses her.

Michael managed to make it through the glass fairly quickly (even though I have no idea how that whole liquid nitrogen thing worked and now I want to look it up on Wikipedia). We see Lisa walking past the bench that Sara is sitting on as she leaves the Company building.

We see that Feng and his men have handcuffed Self and Trishanne at the house.

When I first saw what happened next (a silent alarm goes off when Michael touches Scylla, which alerts Pad Man) I thought "well, Michael, maybe you're an idiot and didn't foresee this". But then I realized I was the idiot and Michael probably knew about the alarm and did this to get Pad Man into the Scylla room so they could steal his card. Pad Man sees security footage of Michael in the Scylla room and calls for a team. He quickly heads into an elevator and we see one last shot of Michael holding Scylla (which, by the way, basically looks like a computer tower).

And that's it. Pretty good episode, if you ignore the fact that I am now blind after seeing Gretchen frolicking around in a school girl outfit whilst simultaneously flirting with Pad Man. Let us never speak of that again.

Kris Beech hittade Jonas Johansson mitt i slottet.

HV71 visade upp två sidor i denna match.

    Utdelning i andra

    .

    Period 1:
    Inga mål.

    Period 2:
0-1 HV71(01:38) Nick Angell (Fredriksson, Falk)
    0-2 HV71 (09:07) Martin Thörnberg (Johansson)
    1-2 SSK (11:17) Hannes Hyvönen (Klasen) PP1

    Period 3:
    2-2 SSK (01:07) Linus Klasen (Pakaslahti) PP1

    Sudden:
    2-3 HV71 (01:18) Teemu Laine (Voutilainen, Luoma)

    Prison Break

  • Name: The Legend
  • Air Date: November 10th, 2008
  • Season: 4
  • Episode: 10
  • Episode Outline

Crap. Cousin Joe found out about this website and the fact that I post information on it. See, I never told him about it so that I could make snide little comments without him knowing. That plan has now been shot to hell.

The internet has been burning up with disgust about the kiss between Pad Man and Gretchen. I think my friend Geoff put it best when he said "I think I'd rather get kicked in the b*lls by a horse than ever watch the General kiss Gretchen again. That was sick". Geoff is so eloquent, isn't he?

Back at HQ, the boys are upset about Bellick's death. Hell, 95% of the internet is upset about Bellick's death. Self explains that they've got Bellick on ice, but Mahone insists that Bellick's body be delivered to his next of kin - his mother. Self refuses and Sucre attacks him. While shouting in Spanish! Awesome. Mahone breaks up the fight and orders Self to deliver Bellick's body to his mother. Self agrees but insists they get back on track with finding Scylla. He also warns Sucre not to attack him again. Whatever, Self. My money's on the pissed off Puerto Rican. Michael tells Self he can't go any further without Gretchen's pages.

Self, Michael and Gretchen meet up in a parking structure, where Gretchen hands over the missing pages from the bird book and tells them about Scylla's imminent departure. Gretchen insists that they're all working together, but she gives a little shit-eating grin as she walks away. Why won't God just smite that girl down?

Pad Man is watching footage of the engineers packing up Scylla. He asks Lisa whether they should bring in David Baker, but she protests that they can handle it in-house.

At HQ, Sucre is contemplating calling Bellick's mom as the boys pack up Bellick's things.

The group is gathered around the conference table while Michael looks at the blueprints he constructed from the missing pages. Michael insists that the blueprints seem a bit too simple, because Michael always likes to find the most complicated solution to a problem. He starts throwing around some engineering words to make everyone else in the room jealous of his intelligence, but then wonders if the letters C M and E on the blueprint might be a clue. Michael quickly decodes a clue in the bird book: David Baker. And Michael wants him...now.

I think Michael just wants another engineering smarty-pants like him in the group. Must be hard being the smartest person in the room. I know I always struggle with it :P

At GATE, Trishanne managed to find out Gretchen's true identity using the fingerprint she lifted a few episodes ago. Turns out her real name is Gretchen Louise Morgan. Hey! My sister's middle name is Louise too! The information Trishanne gathered isn't much, but T-Bag gets suspicious when Trishanne mentions Whistler.

Sara's searching for David Bakers on the internet and seems to find him. Michael orders the others to go back to the tunnel, while he and Sara go search for David Baker. Unfortunately, that plan is shot to hell when Michael collapses. I can't say Michael faints, because, honestly, girls faint. Boys collapse. It may be sexist, but there it is.

Lincoln and Sucre are putting Michael in a car, while Sara tells Self that she's taking him to the hospital. Michael continues multi-tasking by insisting that Mahone go find David Baker even as he's still regaining consciousness. God, I can't even imagine mustering that level of dedication in my work. Although, I once called clients when I was in the emergency room, waiting to be seen by a doctor. That's why I quit being a lawyer, because of nonsense like that. Self insists that Sara use their fake IDs. I cannot wait to see what Michael's alias is. Will it be the awesome Phinneus McClintok from Season 2? Cause that would be kick ass!

T-Bag is getting suspicious of Trishanne, who we learn arrived from a temp agency only a week before T-Bag did. He asks White if he can look over her personal information and White agrees. White tells T-Bag he wants him to host an intro session for some clients. Gretchen arrives and tells T-Bag that Scylla is being moved. Gretchen's unconcerned, because she's perfectly OK with Michael finding Scylla or getting caught, so long as she's out of harm's way. Sucre and Lincoln arrive to head into the tunnel and Sucre announces that Bellick's dead. T-Bag shuts up long enough to show the tinniest bit of remorse over that news.

Sara's talking with a nurse at the hospital, trying to get Michael to see a neurologist. Damnit, Michael's alias is Kevin Freling, which is less fun. Michael admits a history of neurological problems with his mother as Sara looks concerned. You and me both, girl.

Pad Man is discussing Scylla with Howard Scuderi (the guy who propositioned Sucre back in Vegas) when Lisa enters the room and announces it will take longer than anticipated to move Scylla. Pad Man orders his cronies to find David Baker.

Mahone arrives at Baker's house and meets his wife. Mahone pretends to be from The Company and asks Baker for information about Scylla.

Lincoln and Sucre are back in the tunnels. Sucre has flashbacks to being in Sona with Bellick. We find out that T-Bag set Sona on fire and Bellick helped Sucre escape. The boys enter a room with a pretty solid looking wall. Sucre goes to hit it with a sledgehammer but steps on some weird design on the floor. Linc realizes that Sucre's actually activated an explosive, which will blow if he moves.

I think I saw this scenario back in an Indiana Jones movie. Just put something heavy on that button in the floor and it won't explode.

While Michael and Sara wait it out in an emergency room (because patients can't get prompt service in a hospital even on TV) Sara remembers meeting Bellick at AA. Michael admits that he might not want to know exactly what is burrowing into his brain and killing him, and then goes off with a doctor.

Michael goes into an MRI. Ugh. I once got 5 minutes into an MRI and had to have the nurse pull me out. Those machines feel like coffins. If you're claustrophobic like me it's horrible.

Baker's chatting with Mahone and seems to be testing him. Baker quickly realizes that Mahone does work for The Company.

Back in the tunnels, Sucre wonders whether Gretchen set them up and Linc rushes off.

T-Bag's practicing a speech when Linc grabs Gretchen and hauls her to the tunnels. Cut to the next scene where T-Bag is actually giving a presentation. He makes up a story about volunteering at a prison and manages to work Bellick into it. The man actually cries when he announces that the Bellick in his story died. Good freaking Lord. Who would have thought T-Bag had human emotions?

Sara admits she told the nurse she was Michael's wife and he's not all that adverse to the idea. Of course, lest we forget, he's already married. The neurologist wants to admit Michael to the hospital. Michael protests, but Sara wants him to stay.

Mahone is lecturing Baker about the evils of The Company. Company men arrive at the Baker house as Mahone begs for Baker's help. Baker's wife tries to put the men off but they barge into the house.

Linc and Gretchen arrive in the room where Sucre is still standing on the explosive. Gretchen denies any knowledge of this crazy room, but believes she can disable the bomb if Sucre moves. Sucre starts shouting in Spanish again and wants Linc to call Michael. Because apparently Sucre can't do anything without asking his boyfriend Michael about it first

Michael sees Linc calling, but he and Sara bolt when they see cops approach the nurses' desk. As they pass the neurologist, Sara tells him to call them with the results. The neurologist admits that he knows who Michael is, but he's only concerned about Michael's health. Sara asks him to call one more time before they leave.

Trishanne arrives at Self's office and we quickly see that she and Self are working together. She admits that she might have said too much in front of T-Bag and bitches about her working conditions. Self offers to transfer Trishanne (an agent!) to another assignment, but she insists that she wants to help bring The Company down.

Mahone gets a call from Linc, who tells him about the bomb/landmine that Sucre is on. Mahone sees The Company men searching the grounds and I think that Baker believes that Mahone is Whistler. Mahone runs off as Baker is captured.

As Mahone leaves the property, Baker's wife drives up and gives him a legend that will help him with the Scylla blueprints.

Sucre keeps begging Linc to call Michael again, while Gretchen insists that she's the expert with explosives, not Michael.

Mahone arrives back at HQ and shows Michael the legend he got from Baker's wife. We learn that the mines are actually an alarm and any attempt to disable them will set off the alarm. Gretchen is working to disable the mine while Michael is frantically trying to get in touch with Linc. Mahone rushes into the tunnels and stops Gretchen from disabling the bomb. Mahone tells them there's a manual override and disables the power to the alarm, allowing Sucre to step off. Sucre summons the will to step off the bomb and doesn't explode. Which is good. Because if Sucre dies, FOX is going to have to personally apologize to me for breaking my heart.

Michael has told Linc about what happened at the hospital, while Linc tells Michael he sent Gretchen after the sixth Scylla card. Bellick's coffin arrives and the team gathers around it. Mahone puts a fake badge in that Bellick kept from one of their capers and Sara turns away with tears in her eyes. Sucre calls Mrs. Bellick on the phone to deliver the news.

White congratulates T-Bag on his fantastic presentation and delivers Trishanne's personnel file. T-Bag calls the company listed under her work history and Self answers the phone. T-Bag clearly recognizes the voice.

Sara is getting the news from the neurologist as Michael details the various traps protecting Scylla. Let me break down the situation with the Scylla room. Have you ever seen Mission Impossible, where Tom Cruise broke into the room at the CIA by coming down from the ceiling because any weight or heat in the room would set off the alarm? That's basically what needs to happen here. Any weight or sound in the Scylla room will activate alarms. Fortunately, Michael's already working on a plan, because the tumor is giving him superhuman brain powers.

Sara tells Michael that he has the same tumor as his mother (hamaratoma). Michael asks for two more days but Sara says he needs surgery tomorrow, or else he'll die.

HV71 får sedan spela fyra numerära överlägen i rad.

HV71 reducerade snabbt i samma power play. Pasi Puistola sköt in 5-4.

Ivo Rüthemann får enkelt göra 6-4 och i samma power play släpper HV71 även in 7-4.

    Period 1:
    1-0 Martin Plüss (Rüthemann, Abid)
    1-1 Per Gustafsson (Falk, Petrasek)
    1-2 Kris Beech (Puistola) PP
    1-3 Martin Thornberg (Voutilainen, Petrasek)

    Period 2:
    2-3 Simon Gamache (Gerber) SH
    3-3 Christian Dube (Gelinas, Bordeleau)

    Episode Outline

I called my grandfather while I was walking home from work on Friday and I said "Nonno (that's Italian for 'grandpa'), I don't want you to panic, but someone on Prison Break is going to die."

    "NO!" he gasped.

"Do you want me to tell you who it is? Because I know."

"Just tell me that it's not Sucre" he begged, "I couldn't stand it if Sucre dies."

"It's not Sucre" I assured him.

"Good" he sighed in relief, "That's all I wanted to know. Don't tell me anything else."

Anyways, the point of this little family story is that, yes, someone is going to die tonight. And, yes, I know who it is.

    But it's not Sucre.

And on that relieving note, let's proceed with the recap.

Previously on PB, Gretchen and Michael teamed up, Gretchen killed T-Bag's co-worker, Sucre was shot and the boys captured Wyatt.

Wyatt's getting worked over big time by Lincoln. Linc wants Wyatt to lie to Pad Man that the brothers are dead, but Wyatt delivers a snarky comeback and Linc continues with the beating. Oh, Linc, really? He's a professional hit man who you know killed a young boy without any mercy and you think that smacking him around is going to intimidate him? Come on. Bellick pulls Linc away.

Outside, Sara and Michael aren't convinced that Linc can accomplish his goal. Meanwhile, Mahone's standing in a corner, itching for his opportunity to go after Wyatt.

In Pad Man's office, he asking how long it's going to take to move Scylla. Lisa (aka that chick from seaQuest) says 3 days, because Scylla holds a lot of delicate information. Pad Man wants to push up the deadline. Lisa insists that their LA facility is totally secure (and so was Fox River and so was Sona....and so on and so forth). One of Pad Man's cronies announces that Wyatt hasn't been in touch, so Pad Man demands that he put the brothers' pictures all over the news.

Back at HQ, Self suggests they have a "conversation" with Wyatt. One that involves some mysterious briefcase.

Sara decided to talk to Wyatt in an attempt to save him from the mysterious case, but Wyatt refuses to give in.

Out in the main room Self is trying to get Michael to leave, but Michael doesn't seem convinced that Wyatt is staying put. Self tells the boys that Roland's body has been moved and buried and Linc doesn't seem too bent out of shape about his death. You know who else isn't sad Roland is gone? Me. Cause he was a little shit.

Michael goes over the blueprints from the bird book. He details their plan to break into the Company's building. Self offers to stay behind with Wyatt while the boys go digging.

T-Bag hustles the guys into GATE, only Mahone isn't with them. The boys all enter the tunnels under T-Bag's office. T-Bag's boss, Mr. White, returns and asks about the resignation from his dead employee, Andrew. White is seriously suspicious. And methinks that White is going to get killed in a future episode, just like everyone else who crosses T-Bag.

In the tunnel the boys hear some strange sound.

Gretchen's getting gussied up when T-Bag calls with news of White's search for Andrew. Ok, I say horrible things about Gretchen, but props to the girl for being able to talk on the phone and put on mascara at the same time. That takes skillz. T-Bag updates her on the boys' activities and she inspects a gun.

Back at HQ, Sara notices that Wyatt's phone keeps ringing. Wyatt insists that he's dead no matter what and proposes that he and Sara work together. Oh, please.

Mahone's obviously gotten tired of waiting and rushes Wyatt's cell when Self stops him. Self admits that he lost his wife and his baby. The delivery of that line was spot on and I feel bad for him. Self promises to let Mahone have Wyatt when the time is right.

In the tunnel, Bellick is bitching about his pathetic life. FYI, the majority of you thought Bellick was going to die in tonight's episode. Are you right? Let's wait and see...

The boys find another tunnel and hear that strange sound again.

Wyatt's working his mojo on Sara, promising to hook her up with government people who can help her and Michael. Sara, fortunately, doesn't take the bait and leaves.

Detective Connor Mara is questioning T-Bag about Andrew at GATE.

The lights keep flickering on and off as the boys make their way through the tunnel. Wasn't Sucre just shot about 6 hours ago? Should he be this mobile?

Michael finally finds the source of the sound: a water main. While the others offer some suggestions to get through or around the pipe Michael pulls out a sledgehammer and insists that they dig. Do you think that Michael is happy that he's finally doing some engineering stuff again? Otherwise, what a waste of what I'm sure was an expensive degree. I know that's what my father always says to me when I insist that I don't want to go back to practicing law. He just cries and cries about all that money he paid for my schooling. Then he drinks some wine to make himself feel better.

Detective Mara starts mentioning some inconsistencies about Andrew's disappearance as T-Bag gets a bit panicked about the loud sounds coming from under his office. The detective shows he has half a brain and asks about T-Bag and Andrew's disagreements.

At HQ, Self is doing some fancy stuff with a computer: something about a voice program, while Mahone goes to get something from the ambulance.

Michael quickly realizes that the digging isn't getting them anywhere. Did you try digging UP, Michael? Cause that worked in Sona. Well, actually, Michael's going to try to get through the pipe instead.

Michael sends Linc and Bellick off with some blueprints while Sucre tampers with the pipes.

T-Bag's regaling the detective with some story about a cat. The moral about the story is that he and Andrew weren't really fighting. White enters the office with Andrew's travel logs and sees Bellick and Linc exit the storage closet. T-Bag quickly covers up their presence.

Self shows he has some brains when he reveals that he used Wyatt's conversation with Sara to create a fancy voice recording where Wyatt announces that his targets are dead. Mahone asks Self to leave and he agrees. He also asks Sara to go with him. She storms off in a huff. Excuse me? Was Sara not swearing revenge against Gretchen for killing that guard who helped her but now she's all prissy that Mahone wants revenge against the man who killed his son? Come on, Sara. Don't be a bitch.

Mahone demands to know why Wyatt killed his son and promises a long session of torture. Oh, Mahone, I feel so bad for you.

Pad Man receives a call from Wyatt's phone and Self plays the tape. Pad Man believes the fake Wyatt voice. Gretchen, meanwhile, storms into the office with a gun. Pad Man demands that everyone leave the two of them alone.

Bellick wants to talk fathers and sons with Lincoln, but Lincoln isn't interested in bonding with him. The two break into a water station and make with the sabotage. The water pressure drops and Michael hears the water stop in the tunnel.

Michael tells Sucre that the city will likely turn the water back on within the hour. Oh really? Because the City of Toronto turns off the water to our work building for almost four hours at a time just to make routine repairs, forcing us to use the Starbucks bathroom down the street. Michael appears disoriented and Sucre asks what's wrong. When Michael suffers from loss of motor functions and collapses from the pain in his head, Sucre runs over, terrified.

Oh God, a promo for that ridiculous 90210 show. Excuse me, I have to go hurl something at my television.

Back in the tunnel, Michael is insisting that he's OK. Sucre says he overheard Sara and Linc talking about Michael, but Michael wants to get back to work and asks Sucre to cover for him.

Back at Pad Man's office, I see that Gretchen is wearing this horrible blouse. He tells us that she flunked out of the police academy, but he saw something special in her. Their relationship is a little weird. Here's a wacky thought...is Gretchen's daughter Pad Man's daughter too? And before I could even finish typing that sentence Pad Man kisses Gretchen. Oh! Wow. That's one f*cked up relationship.

Mahone reveals that our most sensitive nerve endings are in our fingertips. We see that he's hooked Wyatt up to a heart monitor and a battery to keep him awake and alive. The pain is clearly getting to Wyatt, who screams in agony.

T-Bag's getting all worried in GATE. He demands that Trishanne get copies of his sales records. He's trying to cover up because Andrew had previously found inconsistencies in them.

Back in the tunnel, Sucre is welding through the water pipe, while Michael sits off to the side. So, it looks like they're going to put another pipe through the water main, T-bone style, to allow them pass through when the water is running.

Wyatt is starting to pass out at HQ when the battery shocks his heart.

The propane runs out on Sucre's tank, preventing him from getting through the other side of the tunnel. Michael agrees to help, but we see that his vision is blurred.

Michael is too weak to help Sucre break through the rest of the pipe. Instead of telling Michael to get some help, Sucre keeps covering for him. Sucre's a bad influence.

Mahone calls Pam and puts Wyatt on the phone. Wyatt apologizes to Pam and Mahone tells her that he loves her. Then he hangs up and I start to get a little tear in my eye.

Linc and Bellick return to the tunnel and announce that they have 10 minutes to finish. Linc and Bellick offer to go inside the water main to guide the pipe through.

Pad Man asks about Emmy (is that Gretchen's daughter?). Gretchen announces that she's a free agent, but Pad Man insists that she remain with him. He tells her about Laos and blows off Lisa's importance.

Mahone pulls Wyatt out of a car. We see a cinderblock tied around Wyatt's hands. Mahone pushes him towards the end of the dock. Wyatt starts to insist that they're the same when Mahone pushes him into the water.

Back at GATE, T-Bag blackmails his boss with sketchy financial documents and orders him to get the detective off his back. White agrees.

The boys hit a snag when the beam that was used to prop up the pipe breaks. They're scrambling to fit the pipe through the water main when they hear the water rushing back in. Bellick jumps back into the water main and props up the pipe so Linc can pull it through. Linc is begging Bellick to save himself, but Bellick manages to get the pipe through the water main just as the water rushes back in. Bellick bravely faces his death as Linc screams for him.

Pad Man orders the other cardholders back into his office and announces that Gretchen is part of the team. Lisa clearly hates Gretchen and announces that they have safeguards in place for Scylla. Gretchen seems surprised that the brothers are dead and Pad Man announces that Scylla is leaving LA at the end of day tomorrow.

Back in the tunnel Linc is clearly upset about Bellick's death. I think I'm upset about Bellick's death. Sure, he was a jerk in Seasons 1 and 2, and a pathetic whiner in Season 3, but now I just feel bad for him. RIP, Brad Bellick.

    Liv grym i andra

    Många utvisningar i tredje

    Period 1:
    1-0 BIF (06:16) Daniel Widing (Jonsson) PP1
    1-1 HV71 (13:12) Simon Önerud (Puistola, Davidsson) PP1
    1-2 HV71 (13:32) Teemu Laine (Beech, Melin) PP1

    Period 2:
2-2 BIF (03:23) Andreas Dackell (Widing, Sundström)
    2-3 HV71 (08:54) Nicholas Angell (Davidsson, Ullström) PP1

    Period 3:
    3-3 BIF (01:37) Mads Hansen

    Sudden:
4-3 BIF (0:42) Andreas Dackell (Hietanen, Molin) PP1

Två HV-utvisningar bjöd in Färjestad i matchen.

    Fler mål i andra

HV71 fick spela två numerära överlägen i rad. I nästa power play kom 2-1.
