//RocK November 30 What Love means to a 4-8 year old. What Love means to a 4-8 year old. Slow down for three minutes to read this.
It is so Worth it. Touching words from the mouth of babes.
A group of professional people posed this question to a group of 4 to 8 year-olds, "What does love mean?"
The answers they got were broader and deeper than anyone could have imagined. See what you think: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "When my grandmother got arthritis, she couldn't bend over and paint her toenails anymore. So my grandfather does it for her all the time, even when his hands got arthritis too. That's love." Rebecca- age 8
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different.
You just know that your name is safe in their mouth." Billy - age 4
"Love is when a girl puts on perfume and a boy puts on shaving cologne and they go out and smell each other."
Karl - age 5
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when you go out to eat and give somebody most of your French fries without making them give you any of theirs." Chrissy - age 6
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is what makes you smile when you're tired."
Terri - age 4
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when my mommy makes coffee for my daddy and she takes a sip before giving it to him, to make sure the taste is OK."
Danny - age 7
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when you kiss all the time. Then when you get tired of kissing, you still want to be together and you talk more.
My Mommy and Daddy are like that. They look gross when they kiss" Emily - age 8
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is what's in the room with you at Christmas if you stop opening presents and listen."
Bobby - age 7 (Wow!)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "If you want to learn to love better, you should start with a friend who you hate,"
Nikka - age 6
(we need a few million more Nikka's on this planet) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when you tell a guy you like his shirt, then he wears it everyday."
Noelle - age 7
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is like a little old woman and a little old man who are still friends even after they know each other so well."
Tommy - age 6
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "During my piano recital, I was on a stage and I was scared. I looked at all the people watching me and saw my daddy waving and smiling.
He was the only one doing that. I wasn't scared anymore."
Cindy - age 8
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "My mommy loves me more than anybody
You don't see anyone else kissing me to sleep at night." Clare - age 6
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when Mommy gives Daddy the best piece of chicken."
Elaine-age 5
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when Mommy sees Daddy smelly and sweaty and still says he is handsomer than Robert Redford."
Chris - age 7
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when your puppy licks your face even after you left him alone all day."
Mary Ann - age 4
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "I know my older sister loves me because she gives me all her old clothes and has to go out and buy new ones."
Lauren - age 4
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you." (what an image)
Karen - age 7
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Love is when Mommy sees Daddy on the toilet and she doesn't think it's gross."
Mark - age 6
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "You really shouldn't say 'I love you' unless you mean it. But if you mean it, you should say it a lot. People forget."
Jessica - age 8
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- And the final one --
Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.
When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,
"Nothing, I just helped him cry" November 16 Hii my dear Space Friends !!I know i havent been around much lately :(

"I'll tell you how the leaves came down,"
The great tree to his children said, "You're getting sleepy, Yellow and Brown, Yes, very sleepy, little Red. It is quite time to go to bed." "Ah!" begged each silly, pouting leaf,
"Let us a little longer stay; Dear Father Tree, behold our grief; Tis such a very pleasant day We do not want to go away." So, for just one more merry day
To the great tree the leaflets clung, Frolicked and danced, and had their way, Upon the autumn breezes swung, Whispering all their sports among,-- "Perhaps the great tree will forget,
And let us stay until the spring, If we all beg, and coax, and fret." But the great tree did no such thing; He smiled to hear their whispering. "Come, children, all to bed," he cried;
And ere the leaves could urge their prayer, He shook his head, and far and wide, Fluttering and rustling everywhere, Down sped the leaflets through the air. I saw them; on the ground they lay,
Golden and red, a huddled swarm, Waiting till one from far away, White bedclothes heaped upon her arm, Should come to wrap them safe and warm. The great bare tree looked down and smiled,
"Good-night, dear little leaves," he said. And from below each sleepy child Replied, "Good-night," and murmured, "It is so nice to go to bed!" September 28 Wish u all a great Sunday :)Wish u all a great sunday my friends
and sorry !!
havent been around much lately
I gonna respond to u all soon
Take care and have fun out there
wherever u are....
Sunday Night
The drive is long and dark
We don't speak We rarely do My heart dwells on nothing but the past The future is too far away It stares out the window It watches the cars go by The other souls talk and laugh Perhaps they are going to a place they both call home Such a place is what my heart longs for A kiss on her cheek to let her know that we are home This is heaven I think My heart turns from the window
My body beside it, empty This shell that walks and talks like everything is well My mind thinks of all that needs to be done My body awaits its command My heart sits alone
"Friday"
A word of encouragement offered by my mind "Eternity" My heart replies My mind turns back to the road My heart turns back to the window We both ride in silence Aching Alone. September 20 Wish u all a fab weekend my friends...September 12 Have a Funfilled weekend my friends !!September 07 Puter Age ! Crazy or ?Are you crazy?
When I was a child, I had never heard about a computer.
We got a TV at home at that time, and wow, that was a wonderful machine! I watched the TV as much as possible, And I forgot my homework for school. And my parents sometimes said: “Are you crazy?” But now, after all these years,
I almost never watch the TV. The computer, that is where I'm looking at. At work and also at home. And my friends sometimes says: “Are you crazy?” Our children are growing up in the computer age.
Technology is growing fast at this time. As young as they are, computers haven't any secrets for them. MSN, E-mail and Internet, and all that sort of thing. They will start after school, and have no time to eat. So I say to them: “Are you crazy?” .......................................................................
What am I?
I call myself a computer snail
Sitting for hours, totally engaged In the world of the plastic box, filled with silicon chips Separated from reality By a screen Sometimes visible, touchable, breakable, Sometimes fusible, volatile, illusive. I am an internet parasite
Devouring the information juice Jumping from one page to another Tracking the latest news, gears and even gossip. Non-stop I am safe inside my anonymous coat Or sometimes seek shelter in nickname loads My existence, untraceable, undeniable. I become an IT monster
Convicted of addiction and cyber malevolence Of health deterioration and privacy violation A list of concerns, denials, criticism and old folks' grievances. Never-ending How malignant a benign cancer! How threatening a vulnerable creature! My future, glorious or gloomy? What am I? You decide! September 06 Wish u all a Funfilled Weekend !!August 22 Have a great weekend !!!August 16 Wish u all a great weekend !!Hii my dear friends

August 10 Enjoy Life..or not !?Enjoy Life..or not !?
A good list to try to live after
1. An enemy takes more space in your head than in your heart.
2. You feel happiness through what you experience not because of what you are. 3. The sun dries without prejudice the garments of the rich and poor. 4. The sheapest facelift is a laugh.:) 5. Should you encounter a problem along your way, change your direction, not your destination.
6. Anything that annoys us about others can help us to understand ourselves. 7. Begin each day anew and forgive yourself for yesterday. 8. Wisdom is the reward for listening over a lifetime. 9. I won't let myself be rushed, I'm at work and not fleeing from a task. 10. If you search for the perfect friend without faults, you will remain alone. 11. One's ego is like a river, it may swell but never burst over the riverbanks. 12. A little love is like a drop of water giving enough strength to a wilted flower to righten itself.
13. Forgetting and laughing are better than remembering and being sad. 14. If there is peace within yourself, there is room for another mind. 15. The most important human right is the right to dream. 16. I never learned anything more important than to be smarter. 17. Reach for the sun and, should you miss, you will still end up amongst the stars. 18. The greatest change will happen when you stop believing that you need to change. 19. Much of what we imagine will become reality. 20. What we most need in life is somebody who points out what we could do and what we are capable of.
21. Life must be lived with love and humour, love to understand and humour to endure. 22. Not knowing something is normally a milestone on the way to knowledge. 23. Upbringing is a result of love, patience and wisdom the last two allow love to rule. Have a great Sunday my friends
Take care and have fun
